- Washing Instructions
- Dissolve and stir the detergent evenly before use. Do not pour it directly onto the product.
- The water temperature should not be too high during washing. According to the care label, the water temperature should not exceed 30°C.
- Wash the product inside out.
- For long-fiber products (such as silk or silk cotton series), soak thoroughly before washing to reduce dust damage and minimize fabric fiber friction.
- For brushed fabric products, clean any loose fibers around the edges both before and after washing. This will help reduce shedding over time. Avoid direct sunlight and do not pat the fabric.
- When washing water-washable mulberry silk quilts, use the silk wash setting (or ultra-gentle cycle) and a detergent specifically designed for silk. Do not use a drying program, and avoid exposure to sunlight.
- Dark-colored products (including those with both dark and light colors) should not be soaked.
- Down Bedding Care Instructions
- Check the care label for instructions on whether the down bedding can be washed. If it is washable, follow the gentle washing procedure and hang it to dry in a shaded area.
- Avoid friction between the down bedding and sharp objects to prevent damage to the fabric, which could cause down leakage. If down fibers start to leak, do not pull them; gently push the fibers back inside from the inner side.
- Do not expose the down bedding to direct sunlight. Down bedding is sensitive to high temperatures and strong sunlight. Animal protein in down can oxidize when exposed to heat, causing the fabric to turn yellow. Avoid beating the bedding, as this can break the down fibers, leading to further leakage, reduced fluffiness, and diminished insulation properties.
- Storage: Before storing, air the bedding for 2-3 hours to ensure it is completely dry, then fold and store it. Avoid placing heavy objects on top. The storage area should be cool and dry.
- Brushed Fabric Bedding Care Instructions
- For first-time use, gently wash the bedding to remove any residual loose fibers on the surface of the fabric. This will help reduce shedding.
- Wash the bedding inside out. After washing, turn the bedding right side out and clean any fibers that may have gathered in the corners or edges to prevent the buildup of lint.
- Brushed fabric bedding should be washed frequently, ideally every two weeks. The surface fibers will gradually reduce with more washes.
- The water temperature for washing brushed fabric should not exceed 30°C. Use a mild detergent, gentle cycle, and avoid prolonged soaking.
- It is recommended not to use brushed fabric bedding with dark-colored duvet covers. If pilling or shedding occurs, clean it using transparent tape or a lint remover.
- Storage: Store in a dry environment.
- Silk Bedding Care Instructions
- Silk should not be washed or dry cleaned. If it becomes stained during use, use a professional silk detergent with cold or lukewarm water for spot cleaning. After cleaning, let it air dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Avoid prolonged soaking and gently wash without twisting or wringing.
- When using a silk quilt, choose a duvet cover of the appropriate size to prevent deformation of the silk filling. Avoid jumping on the quilt, and especially prevent children from wetting the bed while using the silk bedding.
- Avoid exposure to sunlight or machine drying, as these can weaken the fabric, cause fading, yellowing, and deterioration of color quality.
- Storage: When storing silk bedding, wrap it in a dark cloth to prevent yellowing, and do not use mothballs. Avoid placing heavy objects on the quilt to maintain its fluffiness.
- Latex Bedding Care Instructions
- Do not wash. Frequently change the cover to prevent stains from seeping into the core.
- Do not dry clean. If the core gets slightly dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth containing 50% water, and let it air dry in a ventilated, shaded area. Avoid using a dryer.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight or place under spotlights for long periods, as frequent sun exposure will cause latex to age and deteriorate into powder.
- Avoid tearing or pulling the core horizontally from a single point, and do not use sharp objects to puncture or scratch it.
- After prolonged use, latex may oxidize and gradually turn yellow, which is a normal occurrence.
- Storage: Store in a dry, ventilated, and shaded place. Avoid heavy pressure on the product. If storing in a vacuum bag, do not compress it too tightly, and do not store it for more than three months.
